Oscoda Surfside Cottages 1 and 3 are fully equipped and all linens are included. Rates include daily linen service, mid-week light housekeeping for guests staying at least one week and departure housekeeping.
- January 1, 2008 thru May 22, 2008: $450 per week / $75 per night*
- May 15, 2008 thru September 1, 2008: $775 per week / $125 per night*
- September 2, 2008 thru May 14, 2009: $450 per week / $75 per night*
*2-night minimum (except, 4-night minimum from June 27, 2008 thru August 17, 2008)
A $100 security deposit will be required within 14 days of making your reservation. Payment in full is required 14 days prior to your arrival. Above rates do not include 6% Michigan tax, which will be added to your total bill.
Your security deposit will be refunded to you promptly after our housekeepers have determined that there is no breakage or missing items.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation 14 days or more prior to your arrival, your security deposit minus $25 will be refunded to you. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days prior to your arrival, your security deposit is nonrefundable in full. No refunds will be made for early departure.
