Oscoda Surfside Cottages 1 and 3 are fully equipped and all linens are included. Rates include daily linen service, mid-week light housekeeping for guests staying at least one week and departure housekeeping.
- September 8, 2009 thru May 27, 2010: $450 per week / $75 per night*
- May 28, 2010 thru September 6, 2010: $775 per week / $125 per night*
- September 7, 2010 thru December 31, 2010: $450 per week / $75 per night*
*2-night minimum (except, 3-night minimum from June 25, 2010 thru September 6, 2010)
A $100 security deposit will be required within 14 days of making your reservation. Payment in full is required 14 days prior to your arrival. Above rates do not include 6% Michigan tax, which will be added to your total bill.
Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation 14 days or more prior to your arrival, your security deposit minus $25 will be refunded to you. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days prior to your arrival, your security deposit is nonrefundable in full. No refunds will be made for early departure.
